WA Seniors card members just received annual cost-of-living rebate, launched in 2009, of $160.

The Western Australian Minister for Seniors, Don Punch, has announced the release of the  2024-25 WA Seniors Card Discount Directory.

This year, a focus on increasing regional business partnerships is reflected in a designated regional section, which lists 133 regional businesses, including representation from the Indian Ocean Territories. This marks the first time the region has been included in the Discount Directory since the publication began in 1991.

The WA Seniors Card program is the most generous program of its kind in Australia, providing over 411,000 members access to a wide range of State Government concessions and discounts from businesses.

There are concessions on Local Government rates and water service charges, the $400 Safety and Security Rebate and a Cost-of-Living Rebate which has provided more than $421 million assistance since launching in 2009, and rebates with businesses throughout the State.
